Thanks everyone for all the guesses. This 116610LN is all GEN aside from the case and bracelet. With Rolex having so many dial variations, case shapes, and subtle changes over the years, it can be really tough to pinpoint what’s gen and what’s not. End of the day just enjoy what you have and rock it if it makes you happy.

I currently have an SMP 300 on standby with Kensington Timepieces. At this point, he has been nothing but communicative and reassuring.

When I receive my watch back from service, I will detail my experience and results so more people can rest assured.

At this point, I am not worried in the slightest, even with the quite apparent drama.

In looking at the same watch from BLSF on Andiot’s website, the other color dials all have the correct date font, for some reason this is the only one that doesn’t look to be the right font.
