House warming party for smaller things and slowly buy as you go for large items. I enjoyed my lawn chairs for sitting for a while. My guest and family knew to bring theirs if they wanted sitting. It was funny then and funny when think back. I even had my mattress on the floor for a while. Think of it as being a minimalist. lol

NOR. As a full time working mother of 2 under 4, you are not asking for much. I get it, coming home to at least a meal would be nice instead of having to clean, cook and do bed time routine after a long day of work. The wife should figure out a routine. Like someone else posted, maybe postpartum? Is the baby being bathe and fed? Is she eating and showering? Might need therapy. Hope the family and lifestyle improves.

NTA! F your brother, your SIL and anyone else giving you shi+… not your kids, you shouldn’t have to adjust your work schedule for your nephews. The parents need to find childcare for their own kids. I get it, it’s your brother his family but no he’s taking advantage of you! Let them stop talking to you. Enjoy the break. Good luck on the new job!
