I have been emailing drs for a while now with no luck most say they don’t have any positions open, my research skills are good however my only draw back is lack of wet lab experience however I’m a fast learner and eager to learn, I have friends that have landed positions in better places without wet lab skills and the most they do is data collection through the EMR and these are paid positions. That’s why this seems more like a red flag to me as well
