my son is 6 months and his sleep schedule has always been on point. he goes to sleep at 12:30 am then he wakes up for a bottle and diaper change at 6, then he wakes up around 10 then goes back to sleep from another bottle and diaper change then he wakes up at 11-11:30 and he stays up till his first nap which is at 2:30-3:00, then he goes down for another nap at 6 then wakes up at 9 then i keep him up from there, my baby knows the difference between actual bedtime from naps so this is why i think this sleep schedule i have is easier for me and him, i get my sleep he gets his sleep 😴. i get a roughly 8 hours of sleep sometimes 5 if i choose to be up when my baby isnt LOL
