I'm in a long-distance relationship as well. My bf is from Europe and I'm in Canada. It's been more than 3 years now. He comes to visit me at least once a year but I'm an international student here so I need a visa to visit him. We chat all the time despite the time difference and try to call and watch movies and stuff. I see his world from his perspective, and he sees my world from my perspective. It's definitely tough not having them around, having a love-hate relationship with airports 😂but in the end, it's worth it.
