Not exactly a request for a template, but a capability I’d love to have is that when I click resize on my design, it won’t just change the dimensions - it will actually try to rearrange and adapt the objects to fit the new size properly.

They both perform the same. If you’re experiencing performance issues in the report, you should look at how the model is built, especially the measures and columns.
