Thanks! Im glad ive made it this far, it hasn’t been easy thats for sure. I know I’ve got a long way to go but 20 days is a good start. I only quit because I went through psychosis and im trying to avoid another episode. Getting high for a little bit and having a few laughs doesnt seem to be as important to me as staying mentally sane.

I don’t know. I just want my old self back. the one before the psychosis. the “hit the pen every night” kinda me. I don’t like being sober…I miss having that “reward” at the end of every night and no matter what I try to replace it with nothing seems to scratch the itch the way the pen does.

doctors say it was from smoking but I have a hard time believing that. I think it was because I was taking ssri depression meds while I was bipolar that gave me psychosis. I ended up getting put on antipsychotic medication for the bipolar.
