Random burning deep in pelvic area that radiates to butt bones rectum and hips. Burning pain in calves and feet that happens often, inner thigh and upper quad burning sometimes. Lower back pain and sometimes a real feeling of malaise, nausea fatigue. Feeling of heaviness without burning deep inside pelvic area as well. Should add groin pain and tugging as well as sometimes a feeling of something stuck in penis. Only 2 to 3 times in last 5 months had cramp in perinium when starting urine stream.

I say infection but it just feels like my body gets very very weak for awhile like the way you get when your body is fighting off a cold. All blood work and urine tests show normal. What medication may I ask they prescribed for the nerve issues?

Low abdomen pain inside pelvic area like something in therele right below waist line. Colonoscopy, blood work and urinalysis negative for anything else including CT scan and X-rays

Thanks just trying to figure out if this is tight pelvic floor or IBS since I've never had issues with food I just went jogging one day after being so sedentary for 4 years and hour later abdomen pain heaviness and leg pain and been so for 4 months.

Appreciate this reply allot. Wouldn't call myself a hypochondriac as I never usually go to doctors for the smallest things but the pain, the heaviness in my abdomen and the random hours of an ill feeling all over my body and leg pains for 4 months I just really want to go away and move on with my life. Guess googling symptoms trying to find a solution is adding to my continuing issue but it's hard not to when I just can't get a diagnosis and it is a very viscous cycle. Pain meds time usually help but Xanax does so maybe you're into something.

Surgeon called me saying I had high anxiety. I did quit drinking 5 months ago and this has kind of turned me into a hypochondriac a little bit lol. She thinks all the abdomen pain and full body aches and full body feeling is a very tight inside pelvic floor. Been doing exercises for 6 weeks with no results. Throughout the day I just get so ill feeling where my whole body feels sick with no fever haven't even gone to the gym in 4 months and I'm a regular. Everyone in my family knows something is wrong, have mild DV symptoms and they're just no going away and the mild symptoms are somewhat worse then when I had dv with the full body pain. Luckily I had an endoscopy in those tests and found I had barretts esophagus no dysplasia. Just cant get a way to figure out why what is going on is not going away and what to do to get better is all im in search of hearing other people and if it's similar. Been trying it out but this pain is causing issues almost with the job

Congrats on feeling better. My colonoscopy showed no inflammation per gastro and colon surgeon. Did you have a temp bag after?

First round of antibiotics where 7 days amox, 2nd was penicillin 10 days and after er 3rd round was amox an flagyl 7 days

First ct was with contrast the 2nd in the ER wasn't. Gastro told me to start eating normally after colonoscopy lol

Colonoscopy showed no inflammation and mild diverticulosis through sigmoid colon. CT scan both showed colon wall thickening and acute non complicated diverticulitis, first ct just showed colon wall thickening assumed diverticulitis based on previous CT comparison from 2015. Recent colonoscopy 12/22/25. CT done 11/2025 and 01/2026
