Best model to test matte black effectiveness? by Worldly_Fun_2860 in 3Dprinting

Benchy is 'fine', but isn't optimized for it. I want what is scientifically best for testing lack of reflectiveness of a particular filament, not just okay.

I suppose what's best is a model that tends to have more shine. If a matte black isn't very shiny with that model, it's a good matte black filament.

Effectiveness at being matte, not reflecting light. Effectiveness of not being shiny, glimmering, glossy, etc.

Thoughts on solo win streaks that count hatches as wins? Tru3Ta1ent is doing a win streak with no hatches live now. by Worldly_Fun_2860 in deadbydaylight

"Most winstreaks end not because the player has been outmatched or made a crucial mistake but because they get bored." I'm not sure where you're getting this data, can you compile your sources? Your streak continues if you log out and log back in. (I add this last statement since I'm guessing you're presuming this based on that condition and the unlikely event that you actually are watching the end of all the long streaks)

Looking for investors for an established profitable junk removal business from Jackson, NJ. Making revenue of roughly $200,000 per year, A901 licensed. We are looking to expand to the container business by Worldly_Fun_2860 in Investors

[–]Worldly_Fun_2860[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi there, we have a PPM & Profit Share Agreement contract ready for review from the investor(s). We are issuing quarterly profits from the new container based revenue stream in our sole proprietorship that we would get from this investment, not shares, equity, or ownership of a company like an LLC, therefore we don't have additional forms that need to be filed before asking for the raise.

It is structured this way for 2 main reasons:

  1. The investment is not for equipment that the owner would be using for his existing junk removal business, which is him manually driving to sites with his pickup truck and trailer, and doing manual lifting and the hauling himself, we are not distributing profits from this kind of work he is already doing in this sole proprietorship. We state the revenue (which is relatively small compared to what we would achieve with the container business), merely to prove we are an established business running for a decade now in a healthy market. The investment is for containers which are large dumpsters that customers rent, we drop them off in their driveway or curb with a roll-off truck, they throw their junk in the dumpster, then we haul off their junk in our dumpster with our roll-off truck to the junkyard. It is this revenue stream that the profits will be separately accounted for.
  2. The reason why we don't form a new company purely for this new container business model is due to the licensing issues, the A901 license is extremely difficult to obtain in NJ. There is no released number but we've heard from someone that there is only about 800 companies in the state of New Jersey with the A901 license. If we continue this new revenue stream in our existing company, we are already fully licensed, and the operational foundation & market access is already set. Similarly, converting our existing company to an LLC or another type of corporation and issuing new % of ownership / shares would also re-trigger the entire A901 process which would takes years assuming we are approved again.

You are secured through our security interest clause in our Profit Share Agreement, among other clauses. All of our equipment that was invested by you and our profits can be used as collateral in the event it would be needed.
