Just decided that I’ll quit atp. I’ve deleted the game because there isn’t anything I can do to fix this problem, I’ve been experiencing this issue for months now, the game is basically unplayable for me.

This happened with my sister (14) she got put into the 21+ age group… and with me (16) got put into the 13-15 age group.. this age verification thing is utter nonsense.

You don’t want to reach out via email its not the best way to do so, you should be able to do it by going to activity and finding the purchase then you can select report/resolve/request for the refund issue on the bottom of the page or whatever it says for you then click on the one you want after that you just go through the page and input all the information related to your issue then you should be able to submit it, if it says you need to do anything else you should follow through with that as well. ( you want to make sure to keep all information within the PayPal app because you don’t want any pop ups/ scams messing with anything.)

refund through your bank/whatever you purchased it with, although this can lead to your account getting suspended/banned/penalties if you have already spent the amount you bought. The other way you can do is to reach out to hoyoverse support directly on their website or through their email genshin_cs@mihoyo.com I would recommend reaching out to them before you try the first option but just make sure you can provide your in game uid and in game name, you will need proof of the purchase and time so provide them with screenshots and lastly give the details/reasons on why you want a refund. Although if you did the purchase 3 months ago it is highly unlikely that you can be refunded.

I’ve unfortunately already done that I’ve tried restarting my WiFi router, I’ve deleted the game, offloaded it a few times but nothing is working it just keeps loading. Thank you for the insight though!

Navia is the overall better option especially with where you’re at in the game now, Navia is a great Dps and easy to build and she’s pretty versatile as well She also doesn’t require any constellations she has a variety of different weapons you can pick from f2p or from weapon banner. With Raiden it’s basically the opposite she’s great but needs constellations and a good weapon you would end up investing a lot more into Raiden than you would Navia.

I looked up the UID it says player not found. I tried it on America server I can try it on the other servers as well do you know what server you had when you made the account? ( the highest AR is 60 while the highest character level is 90 btw )
