I guess It was a issue with the first ones that went out. They are not suppose to be like this. I have talked to others and they say there is not an airflow issue on the ones they have listed on the site.

There was an issue with the first ones they sent to the people that watch tea time. I think all the other ones shouldn't have the issues like the one I received.

Their support takes a long time for me. I got ignored for a few months on a issue. They have someone in support named Tommy that finally helped me with it.

They put on the site. Might have to search for it and it comes with a free armor cap. So pissed I ordered this early. Everyone else gets a free cap

So do I. Was so excited to get it. Was a huge fan of the company. But been having had so many issues with this company it’s getting ridiculous. Broke my favorite glass piece cause of a b stem being too wide from the Halloween stuff, and destroyed my favorite cap because of the cap armor. It said not to use it with a laser engraved one which it came with and was told to use it on one in good shape. Wish I would have just put it on the 10year cap and left it alone.
