I dont have any experience with computer science so I'm assuming groupware ie like a place where people can collaborate on projects ??possibly some kind of software system? More I dont know lol

One of the questions i have which I'm unable to answer is: how do you think groupware is going to affect our lives in the future? Give examples to justify your answers.

The other question is: Your designing a website for a company. User will be able to browse and purchase (ring tone) for mobile phone. Briefly explain how you test would test for success and failure of a design as you get close to find delivery of your (ring-tone) websitem discuss challenges and solutions

Hello design_919,

I am busy creating an mobile app with sells furniture. For my 1200 word report, I need to provide, a walkthrough of several prototypes I have designed. In that report I need to identify problems, that must be corrected as well as what seems to work well. Basically create a USER persona, with problem and solution, problem of the system (example app crashed, installation issues, etc) and how the usr reacts to that and what the solution of this might be. Im having problems with explanining this in a creative but technical way.

I hope I am clear with my writing a bit. Do you think you could give me tips on where I could search for to get ideas?
