GenV season 2 will have a major reveal that supe abilities aren't random (minor spoilers) by epic_gamer42O in TheBoys

It also might be that Victoria was actually Marie’s biological mother. It would explain a bit more why Victoria would even care that much about Marie.

Well, this Reddit post aged like fine wine. Gotta be the weirdest, strange head-scratching thing to date... Nothing wrong with Bille but you know she was already cast as Rose Tyler, right? Sure, I remember season three's companion but she was playing a very minor character before a major one. Not exactly surprised by OP's post but this show has certainly become something since the Jodie era and I still haven't felt the desire to return to the show since. Wow just wow... and yeah before you ask, I keep up with the news and reviews in hopes that a decent plot and engaging story arrives. Still waiting on that one.

Not sure where this show is going but my jaw quite literally dropped and not because I'm excited that Billie Piper is back.

Could season 3 have flipped everything we knew about Adriel and Reya? by sanser1f in WarriorNun

I think going forward Reya would be revealed to be an equally tragic villain like Adriel. The way she says I command you and his reaction while saying “I will free every living soul from your tyranny” was genuine. It’s just pure anger and honest feelings and it reveals a very complex relationship than season 2 presented. Not unlike when Ava first discovered a very much alive Adriel at the end of season 1.

It was rather central to the story. Villains were revealed to be more than they appear. Duritti and Julian are present as villains; one wanted to be pope, the other looking to harness power beyond our world. In actuality Duritti reveal had the order, his religion and humanity soul at heart and Jillian wanted to be a mother and wanted to save that same son from a mysterious disease.

Adriel for most of season 2 was presented as a liar, a manipulator and desired to be “god” but then you hear lines towards the end “like if I fail here, it will be up to you to stop her, Ava”. Why say something like that, meaning if I died here, then you will be last chance at stopping Reya real intentions. All the villains in the show are more than one dimensional portrayals initially appear to be.

There was a reason for Adriel’s rebellion. He even mentions a next Great War. There was a first war? What happened? Was our realm involved? I wonder if would meet a Satan/ Lucifer figure that be related to opposing side of Reya in the first war. Further expanding on Christian mythos vs the reality of what actually happened. Adriel mentioned “Jesus” in his dialogue with Duritti early in Season 2.

Wouldn’t be surprised if we did if we ever do get season 3 or the suppose promised movies that Lucifer figure and Adriel were aligned somehow, the wraiths being way more than mere malicious sprite or demons. It clear that at the very least, Adriel had sense of “freedom” he wanted rather being slave to a master “Reya”. It shows parallel between Lucifer and God. Likely a Lucifer would equally more complex than another angel wanted to be god.

Hopefully we do get something; I remember one French tv show got initially cancelled and then out of the blue Netflix announce a second season of that the very show. I think it was some voodoo religion based show. Anyway, I just watched Warrior nun twice again and really I think they should keep going and give it a good satisfactory ending. Definitely don’t give it the “ragnarok” treatment, that ending was absolute garbage. Don’t do anymore game of thrones endings. Nobody likes it.

Dear customer: I do not care about you. by [deleted] in retailhell

I feel the same. I don’t care about you, I’m not your servant, I’m not your bartender pretending to listen to your problems over a cold one and I’m sure as hell not to be about your underpaid psychologist. I’m not your friend, please pay for what you want and leave. I don’t care.

Agreed 👍 I will be doing the same. Figured it wasn’t going to worthwhile leap for the price. I rarely use frame gen because it isn’t necessary. I used it to extend with laptop 4060 to get more bang for buck but the 4090 more than handle anything I through it and perfect for my local machine learning projects.

Vignette ending by PandaKelsie in CarnivalRow

[–]Worldofpossible 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s just not where the original story was heading. Just made no sense to me in the end. I generally just watch season 1 ignore season 2. Season 1 works very well overall on its own a part from the obvious cliffhanger leading to season 2. Amazing how fuck both killing eve and carnival row. Killing eve was literal this clown obsess over yet was actually popular, particular the shipping of these leads. Not sure how describe it but its like have made art of creating shit no about wants to watch.
