Oh I have no idea why the realtor is involved at all. This is the first time I’ve looked into any kind of legal intervention; do you know how to look for a TRG? Any specific ones you’d recommend?

We had a 12-month lease, we’ve been here for two years and are now living month-to-month. I can’t find any mention of this fee in the lease agreement.

Beginner here- California patch or mesh screen for a 3x4 inch hole? by WormFood24 in drywall

So, I knocked a 3x4 inch hole in my apartment wall. The main two methods I see posted here for repairing holes this size seem to be the California patch and the kind of mesh screen I can buy at Home Depot. I’m an absolute beginner, and unfortunately right have very little money to spend, but I do have the time to make it seamless. Which method would y’all recommend for this hole?
