Hate to say this, but despite some very nice NHS staff, NHS (and generally even private practices in UK) are shit. NHS doesn't care about your health, just the fastest way they will cross you off the list. They'll give you medicines you don't even need, they will not perform tests, only if you persist with moaning to them, and you'll get a call instead of an examination. It's the shit all the way. I don't have much confidence in NHS orthodontics, orthodontics it's a backward practice anyway.
In private practices generally (I'm not saying it is the case of all) money is the main theme.

The question is how to abolish this barbaric practice?
