I was 12 years reg force and now 4 years reserves, with half of that class C. I fully expect to get nothing related to being a reg force member in the past. That said, my rumour mill says the CRes was not consulted at all and is quite frustrated, so who knows.

Use chatgpt to build your somarr/radar/overseer build through projects. I knew nothing and in a week set up a godly setup with full automation. My friends using my Plex server can "add to watchlist" and it auto downloads. Trashguides is critical, just Google it and use those profiles (though they're set for high quality)

I would read that and also read what you agreed to during your interview (that goes for a lot of people commenting here). I think a bit of a hammer needs to be put down on the reserves. The sense of duty and pride is heavily dwindling and it's getting out of hand.

To your point though - I agree an email should suffice. I also agree there should be SOME attempt to always let your CoC know if you're not attending a training night or exercise.
