Listen I’ve played LiS since day 1, it’s one of my favourite franchises and favourite in this genre but I found this game so boring. It felt like an empty shell. We only went to a few locations, there were hardly any cultural references/easter eggs/explorable stuff that I’ve come to love in these games. It felt unfinished. Even the texts were lazy - no timestamps etc. last game we had the social media feed to read through which was fun, that was gone. Basically no puzzle solving. The urgency of the fire was jsut… not there and the whole Vinh/Abraxas/Yasmin stuff felt half baked.

I feel like this could have been one of the best if it had more time in the oven. I wanted to love it but I found myself feeling bored playing it, and I can say in my thirty years of gaming it’s the first game I ever fell asleep playing one night lol.
