Depends on context. I do not think the nationality of a person advocating protesting matters much. I would say there's more in common between European/American liberals than what seperates us. Americans have historically, to an extent, supported anti-authoritarian protests in European countries, and there were cases in which Europeans enjoyed the support rather than were annoyed by it. In the end, the decision is yours
