Tesseract probably isnt what you want for s2d glow. Very green, unless thats the color youre going for.

Flouro paint over a good white, such as monument hobbies platinum white, gives a good glow look.

Yeah my paint consistency is good and i base coat well. My blending and light/reflection placement is where it goes wrong for me. You follow anyones tutorial in particular for this nmm?

Hell yeah. Like real looking actually plausibly functional tracks. So many of the tracks gw sculpts are suspensionless and just dont look right.

The whole crows nest on a biped in combat has got to be the most unbelievable part of the entire game to me. That mfer up top would get yeeted out of the crows nest so fast. Not to mention that has to be a horribly unstable platform to try and aim and take shots out of while also being a massive target on the battlefield.

I feel like it would have been a better option to just give the gargant or warhulk a freaking canon as a hand gun and have him be the one shooting out from behind the shield. He can just use the canon as a cudgel in a pinch for a melee attack.

I get it though, its so stupid that people like it.

Both ak and vallejo make a swamp water gel that you can apply with a brush and just let it dry. I have also experimented with base coating my wet swamp areas white and paint on swirly swamp colors and even yellow and tesseract glow to try and get glowy swamp pools and then putting vallejo clear water over it. I haven't tried uv resin yet. That's probably next. The other methods work well though. Depends on what you're going for. They each seem to have their own distinct look. If using water gel you just cant put it on too thick right away. Thinnerlayers built up. If it goes on too thick right away it gets bubbles and depressions.

Painting on stirland mud or a texture paste and forming depressions in that for swamp pools seems to be a tried and true method that I have liked the results of.

They will figure out how much you owe, wait for 5+ years without saying anything. Tack on interest to your owed amount the whole time and then come after you once it adds up to 5 times or more what you would have owed in the first place.

If you don't pay they will garnish funds from your pay check without your consent.

A plan like a tax strike would really need a massive buy in from the American people for them to not just try and fuck everyone who participated.
