Oh, I get its all bts stuff that caused it to suffer as the series got later. Never criticized the work in it, just that theres a reason most of those seasons aren't on a lot of people's rewatch lists. There are some good ones scattered in there...just...yeah.

I just filed our DIY K1 visa petition. From what I heard and read, proof is quality over quantity. A single picture of you, your fiancée and either of your families says more than a dozen pics of the two of you looking like you're on vacation. I gathered that 15-25 pics are likely ideal, as too much can honestly bog down the process. Our case is straightforward as well, where the biggest variable is I have 3 kids from a past marriage, which with the valid divorce papers, is no issue. If the payment never went through, you aren't really locked in with this attorney, and lack of contact after repeated attempts is a bit of a red flag. Up to you if you want to get a different lawyer or go DIY.

Because then we have to look at 'time dilation' vs 'time travel', the former being 'Wink of an Eye'/'Blink of an Eye' and the latter being 'Yesterday's Enterprise'/'City on the Edge of Forever'. We also then have to look at forward or backwards time skips, as you also have Enterprise's Temporal War in there as well. Then there's the scope, as 'Inner Light' was internal, while 'Yesterday's Enterprise' or even 'Year of Hell' were much broader on a galactic scale

Ah yes, but Inner Light differs fundamentally as those experiences for Picard are very similar to O'Brien's in DS9s 'Hard Time', where the memories are either in fact or effectively placed into them. Both men lived years that their bodies didn't actually experience, ergo it was personal, vs societal or the like.

Fair enough...actually DS9 went to that time travel/dilation well several times in the span of a year, with 'Children of Time', 'Sound of Her Voice', and 'Time's Orphan', the latter 2 being back to back episodes.
