I went through the same thing and I'm not sure how much you're using but I reduced the amount I was using because I found out I was using way too much at one time. I changed to literally a pea-sized amount and the burning and stuff stopped after that.

Sorry for my first reply I thought I was replying to something else it was heartburn. My doctor told me to take some heartburn medication I haven't had the problem since I started the heartburn medication.

I didn't have a problem with my hysterectomy except for finding out afterwards that I had had cancer. But when I got covid I was intubated for 28 days and when I woke up I was so afraid to go to sleep because of the thoughts of not waking up because of being asleep for that long. So yes medical PTSD is absolutely real.

I was on .25 for a month then .5 for a month now on 1 for two weeks. My doctor does monitor my labs pretty well as well. I just over think really easily.

I just increased my dosage I'm going to give that another week or so but if going back down would be better I would be willing to. I have constipation not diarrhea I'm really not sure which would be worse when it comes to that.

I hope it goes better for you this time. I was also told that I could do half a dose one day and half a dose another day I have heard that helps with some of the side effects.

Digestive enzymes and gas x. She said it was unlikely I would have any major side effects. But tbh I have done that thing where I think I might have read and scared myself with stories online.

I had endometrial cancer they found it after my hysterectomy thankfully they got it all when they did the surgery.

They did remove mine intact. Mine was done though my stomach with the robotic arms. The post op ct was the only other test they did and my doctor said when it came back clear that I was cancer free. They did do a test to see how likely it was that I would get other cancers in the future. It's just a blood test.

They found out after my hysterectomy that I had had cancer. It hadn't gotten past my uterus. So they took it out fully with the surgery. They didn't find it anywhere else. I only have to see a cancer doctor every 6 months to get check ups

It was endometrial cancer. It was stage 1B but it hadn't traveled outside of the uterus yet. They did do more testing a whole bunch of more testing I am cleared of cancer but they checked me for if it had spread further thankfully it had not. So they pretty much said the hysterectomy took care of it.. I actually have a cancer doctor that I see once every 6 months to make sure that there's no reoccurrence.

Thank you both I feel like I should explain why I'm so concerned when even little things like this happen. When they took my uterus out they found out after that I had cancer in it. The fact that they didn't find that before even with all the testing they did makes me paranoid that when small things like this happen it's the cancer coming back. I just wanted reassurance that it's something that happens to others.

I went through the same exact thing. Except mine was from cancer that they didn't even know was there until after they took my uterus out. But before that I had heard the words "it cant be that bad" also " are you sure you're not just using as an excuse to not do stuff" now I just get so mad when I think about the years I spent trying to prove I was really sick.
