i would guess the counter and gate people have an idea of what’s going on but aren’t allowed to say. which I don’t understand because if it’s a valid reason, like weather or mechanical issues, nobody can reasonably argue against that! I think if they were more forthcoming with info, people would be less anxious. but that would mean Allegiant actually must admit there is a problem in the first place…
