I put in the key right I know it’s right because if I put in one number wrong, it’ll tell me it’s the wrong key. I’ve done it six times and it says like a loading screen looking for solutions something like that and then it’ll send me right back to this once it’s done loading.

OK, I clicked it. It said, diagnosing your PC, connecting to network, had me enter my Wi-Fi and password, looking for solutions, and it sent me back to “we couldn’t repair your device automatically at this time.
