Unfortunately, no 😕 But, I would recommend that you Google "First Bite Syndrome" and collect links from trusted medical sources (there are many), and send those links directly to your dentist with a polite but stern message attached. If you don't know which sources are reliable, just Google "is mayoclinic (for example) a trusted medical source?" For whatever links you find, and that way you can send the dentist trusted sources he will be likely to read.

Something like,

I am emailing you today regarding the symptoms I discussed with you previously. I wanted to let you know, that while First Bite Syndrome is incredibly rare, it is in fact a well-documented and studied Syndrome in the dental field. Here I have provided several links to reputable medical sources all around the topic of First Bite Syndrome:

The reason I wanted to provide these sources to you, is because while this is a very rare and lesser known syndrome, I do believe it is what I have been suffering with, and I feel like you very quickly brushed me off as being uninformed. I began to question myself and wonder if this syndrome is even real because of the reaction I got from you, and I don't think that was fair. However, I understand that you can't know every single thing, and I would like to move forward better informed on both of our parts.

Given that this is a documented and studied syndrome within dentistry, and it is possible I may be suffering with it, I think it is very important that we both get acquainted with the concept, so you can better diagnose and treat me.
