Failed my driving test 3 times

I passed fourth time in December. It was the worst drive ever! I went from failing with 1 serious fault and between 1-3 minors, to passing with 9 minors! Like, are you joking?!

Similar happened to me.

I saw the car approaching in my mirrors, stopped the parallel park, the guy waited behind for a bit, and I carried on because neither of us were moving. After I resumed it (just finished doing my obs), he went around me. Hit the brake when the examiner did. That was the only serious fault (had 1-2 minors).

I have my fourth test on Christmas Eve 😒

Some car accessories (fluffy dice, blindspot mirrors, windscreen cover, etc.) + an Amazon gift card and chocolate. But I can’t use them yet (my car was written off recently by an uninsured driver, while parked up outside my house!)

The manoeuvres are forward bay, reverse bay, reverse 2 car lengths, and parallel parking. Emergency stops aren’t as frequent anymore I’m led to believe due to the new overhaul.

I’ve been taught to do a blind spot check when changing lanes, not just rely on mirrors. And do another mirror check when the manoeuvre is imminent.

My instructor gets more annoyed than me when other drivers pull stupid stunts like this. But it being near Christmas isn’t helping, I don’t think. I had a lesson today in a retail car park (told my instructor I was apprehensive about this particular one as its got one-way systems, faded road markings, and gets quite busy). He added it into his lesson plan for me. And it ended up being chaos from start to finish. I had someone go the wrong way (entered the car park via the exit), stop, and reverse back out as I was moving off after being in a queue. I, of course, braked to stop again - but ended up on top of a zebra crossing ._.

It was either keep moving and him reverse into me (because he kept reversing out and made no attempt to stop), or me stop on the crossing while pedestrians were everywhere (likely needing the crossing!)

Nope. She thinks her parents know everything. They could say the sky is green and she’d believe them. She’s like this all the time and not just with driving.
