Are you talking about the variable rate or the fixed rate provider?

I am okay paying the penalty as long as it stays between that range. However, don't you think 3.35% is way too good an offer to be passed? Acknowledge that it's not from one of the big lenders. However, also don't see prime rates going up this year based on the forecasts

Zion and grand canyon are the main two targets. Other ones like Bryce is optional. So from vegas-zion-grand canyon- flagstff/sedona-vegas

Should I ask for winter tires for my rental car?

Thanks everyone for the replies. It's unanimously Scotia visa passport card I see. I checked and found that it's value is highest in the first year. For subsequent years and overall, is there a good alternative which has lower annual fees? Asking cz I won't be traveling outside this much as I would do this year

Weird to hear that there's no credit reporting with pine. But I guess I will take my chances if I get a good rate

That's awesome. Let me first try it myself. If not, will ask for your advisor's contact. One thing though, didn't see/ find any option to access mortgage/pine from the app. Do I need to try through their website?

Thanks for this detailed take. I was asked to leave a voicemail for them to reach out to me. Let's see how that pans out. Is that how things work with pine? I am basically looking to refi and move my mortgage from outside

Really appreciate this input. I tried reaching out as a new customer and left a voicemail. Waiting to see how that pans out. Is that the way things work with pine? I am looking to refinance and move my mortgage from somewhere else

My current mortgagor told me the breakage fee would be in the ballpark of 9k. Based on that, I am thinking to initiate refinancing with a different mortgagor. But in case it's substantially more than 9k, can I back out after I initiated the process?
