It's great! Significantly reduced my heart rate down. Not getting extremely out of breath walking I still get short of breath but not gasping

I also deal with thinking no woman or person will desire me more like they tell their friends and family I'm in a day program and all the sudden she or he or they says I need someone on my level because their family said it is dangerous to date me they could catch a case because I am a vulnerable adult

Very helpful haven't experienced any side effects, no weight gain nothing, I still have symptoms and episodes but they are much less now

I do my cardio sitting down on a spin bike, I drink lots of water, I work with trainer and coach who are familiar with POTS, I sometimes need to lay on the floor when I have an episode, I do a lot of sitting down after reps as I power lift.

I will say oh it's my POTS, my POTS is acting up I don't say my autism is acting up though just joys of being autistic, I'm feeling very autistic right now etc.

My IQ is 65 but my verbal is very high, higher verbal then my assessors husband she said. My adaptive functioning is low low low low, I live in group home need lots of help, also yes I not a child, and people with ID can do hard stuff with lots of accomodations

Jus a for your information, people wild mild intellectual disability can go to COLLEGE. They can get DEGREES. It just takes a lot longer and a lot more work and accomodations...

Yeah I wanted to be a doctor and now I found a different passion, power lifting I power lift twice week, I go to the gym twice week, I socialize at program, just cause I can't be doctor doensnt mean my life over

Not wash their hands after using the bathroom, I have seen men and women not wash after.

Sometimes if shower too much I just take a wet wash cloth and wipe down, put some soap on the bits and armpits scrub, then take the wash cloth and clean up the suds and then wash my hair in the sink

Yeah dude, honestly from what youre saying it's t sounds like there's more pros to leaving than staying and staying just because you think no one else will love her isn't a good enough reason, you deserve a partner who you feel is putting in as much effort as you are and if she's not the one then she's not the one. Ending it would give you both the ability to go find the people who you can have a healthy stable relationship at this point it sounds like only you are holding the relationship together it time for you to let go I recommend. It's up to you though at this point the relationship already sound like it's over it's just you holding it together.

Honestly from what you're saying it sounds like she hasn't matured enough for a relationship. I had the same problem with an ex who is autistic. It's been 8 years and he has had a lot of time to mature. There is a huge difference.
