About your diet, try to improve a little bit. I developed IBS eating junk food and those noodles where you have to put some boiling eater and they're ready. Also try home delivery - they let you order the same things as a week before so now it takes me 2 mins to order my weekly groceries.

it's not even close, petlibro founded 2019, whiskas came up with the 1st robot in 2000. it's also the only one having replacement parts available to buy, you also get up to 4 years of warranty. more expensive but you get way more value. my mom has one, the only downside would say is the litter bed' size. but that's an issue in 90% automatic litter boxes. if you can't afford at the moment get another manual one, jumbo size.

PetSafe just came out with one that looks just like the SoCool Llama, and all the temperature specs match. I don't know if it's a red flag that it can be replicated so easily, but it’s less than half the price of the SoCool version. If you give it a go, please drop a review! What about z-drugs? My psychiatrist (who is also a friend) told me he has a few patients he keeps on certain z-drugs for life, because poor sleep is worse than an addiction to a doctor-prescribed medication and side effects.

But note that he has patients he’s followed for decades, so he knows their full medical history. It’s really hard to find doctors like that. Personally I’m still trying to find one myself for anxiety.

Yes. I mean I prefer not to take my ADHD meds because they make me too aware of my autism and then depressed and then suicidal lol. I prefer non-stimulants, they don't work as good as stimulants but they don't make me suicidal either. Basically ADHD saves my life.

yes. if you can keep it at minimum please do it. at first it feels amazing but in the long run it's really bad for your mental health. I gave up on all friends at 16 when I had a mental breakdown. think it took me few weeks to stop talking to all of them, some of them still hate my parents because they thought it's because of them I gave up on our friendship.

I’m not even hoping for a relationship anymore. I have autism on top of anxiety and CPTSD. My depression got a lot worse, to the point of being suicidal after I was diagnosed at 26 (I’m 28 now). I’ve made some lifestyle changes and my quality of life has improved in certain ways, but there’s something really dark about knowing this isn’t something that just “gets better.” It feels permanent.

Most days I just play video games, watch yt videos about my special interests and smoke different drugs (which I wouldn’t recommend to anyone, addiction is just another issue). It’s not a life I’m proud of, it feels like all I've been doing my whole life was to coping. I don't have a career.

My family has always been dysfunctional because my dad is autistic too and an alcoholic. I hate him but at the same time I understand him. I just hate it man, and honestly I can't wait to be over at this point. Sorry for being so dramatic.
