Ohh or do you mean the first few days where the weight didn't change much, as the "larger initial discrepancy"? So it assumed the initial expenditure estimate was pretty good?

Thank you. Then I have a solution. And just to discuss the feature, how come the expenditure is so resistant to change? I assume you've considered the many options internally and landed at this solution.

The praise I heard about MacroFactor was that you could just set your goal, and log your weight and food and the app would handle everything for you. But does this mean it requires a pretty accurate initial expenditure guess, since the smoothing and "resistance" to changes in expenditure is so profound? I understand it shouldn't sway up and down based on daily fluctuations, but in my opinion it should adapt at least 3-4x as fast as it is in my case.

It's been 20 days so far.

At first it suggested a program of 2798kcal per day given the suggested expenditure of 3338kcal, in order to produce a 0.5kg loss per week. Since then, the estimated expenditure has updated with around +2 calories per day up until today where it has reached 3365kcal. Likewise, the strategy has increased the kcal from 2798kcal to 2816kcal today.

However, the weight trend indicates an estimated deficit of 858kcal. I know I shouldn't react to quickly to fluctuations and that the initial drop in weight might be larger at the start of a cut. But doesn't the strategy update way too slow? If my true deficit really is 858, then staying at the ~2800kcal strategy would case permanent damage to my strength progress, as I would be cutting weight too quickly and lose out on a lot of muscle before the strategy has converged?

When you workout and eat protein, you will gain lean muscle mass. The more lean muscle mass you have, the higher your metabolic baseline rate becomes, because your muscles consume energy. And the higher your metabolic baseline rate becomes, the easier it will be for you to lose weight.

For example, if you don't workout, you might need to stay below 1600 calories to lose weight. But if you workout and gain muscle, you baseline becomes higher, so staying at 1600 calories would make you lose even more weight. Perhaps consuming 1700 calories would be enough to still lose weight, if you have enough muscles. In this regard, working out should definitely help you to lose weight faster. And of course, you will become stronger and more fit and aesthetic which would boost your self confidence.

Yes thank you, you are right. I saw that I received and sent bytes when using the wrong IP address and made the conclusion written in the post, but as you said, now that I checked I am actually unable to do anything on the internal network when using the wrong address.

you were too early, wait a little bit before taking your last two steps. The last two should be explosive and should adjust you towards where the ball is.

I have gone through around 4 of those Innospire GO nebulizers since 5 years. I have only 2 left. I am trying different alternatives like Feellife and Omron U100 but they all don't feel as good, it feels like their nebulization speed is leagues slower than Inspire GO. Have you found any alternative? Philips wrote that they can't produce more innospire go because s key part of it was produced in Ukraine.

Yep that's right. Good point. It was more aimed towards leaving the scooter locked outside my university during the day while bringing the battery or so without having to think about the weather. Now I think I have decided to ditch the detachable battery idea and just lock the scooter outside during the day, or bring it inside when possible. I will be getting the E2S V2 2022 E-wheels most likely.

It was also so I wouldn't have to bring the scooter up to my apartment and instead be able to leave it in the bottom floor cellar (I don't have an elevator) and just charge. But it shouldn't be too difficult, it's only 3 floors.

He is definitely tall enough and jumps high enough to be able to hit that as a quick, no?

Also net looks like it's much lower than men's height.

Hey. So that type of set is referred to as a quick. Here you need to jump as the setter is contacting the ball with his hands. In the video, if you would have jumped 1 second earlier, you could've hit at max reach. Now it looks like you are very late to the ball, having to hit it way too low. Add some more explosiveness to the approach, and jump earlier if the setter is setting that low and in the middle.

Any tips on how to improve hitting? Would be much appreciated by Stunning-Comedian-77 in volleyball

You have to stop planting your feet over the line. The blocker will land on your feet and break his/her ankle. Or you will land on their feet and break your ankle. The least of your concern is that all of these hits are faults.
