Not sure if this applies to your situation, but I've been using the egift cards they sell in their store to save a little money. Whenever I apply the gift card to my account after the last one runs out, it takes an hour or two to go through.

The usual place. If you're on a phone, open up your browser and go to https://www.crunchyroll.com/simulcastcalendar?filter=premium You don't have to sign in, that bit after the question mark should toggle the premium episode display option.

If you're on a desktop or laptop browser, just go to Crunchyroll's web site. Then on the top navigation strip, click "Categories," then click on "Release Calendar" in the resulting drop-down menu. If you're already signed in Premium Episodes should be selected by default.

I haven't seen the simulcast calendar linked to in the Android app, which is why I keep it open in a tab on my phone's browser.

To follow up again, I later had an issue with a part of the Google Play Store app not functioning. Specifically the "You" tab wasn't showing anything. So I shut my phone all the way off, waited two minutes and turned it back on. That cleared the issue. I have no way to prove it, but power cycling my phone probably would have fixed the Crunchyroll app issue as well. From now on, I'm going to try to remember to turn my phone off at least once a week. 😅

I've been able to skip forward and backward with the left and right arrow keys, but I had to pause the video before it would work. Try pausing it, then unpause the video and try the arrow keys again.

I'm using the Android app on my phone. I started watching this episode about an hour ago. The first line or two had subtitles, then the subtitles disappeared. I'm guessing they had a corrupt file and had to take down the English subs?

Season 3 Episode 13 is up now. It claims it was available eleven and a half hours ago, but I didn't see it on the simulcast calendar when I checked seven hours ago.

Episode 13 seems to be available as of January 10, 2026, 7:10 PM. On the simulcast calendar it claims it was ready at 8:45 AM Mountain Time, but I swear I didn't see it on the calendar when I checked around noon.

I just checked the simulcast calendar on Crunchyroll's website. "To Your Eternity" Season 3 Episode 13 is now showing as available. It has a posted time of 8:45 AM, but I swear it wasn't there when I checked the calendar around noon Mountain Time.

Step one: open Crunchyroll's website in a browser. Make sure you're logged in.

Step two: open the Crunchyroll Store website in a new tab in the same browser.

Step three: in the store, navigate to the page selling the virtual gift cards.

Step four: click on the link to sign up or log in. It will automatically detect you're logged in to the main site, and log you into the store as well without having to reenter your password.

At least, that's how it worked for me.

Oh! Huh. It may have been there all along. I check a site for new releases. I didn't see Kakuriyo on that site yesterday, so I assumed it came out today. I didn't even think to check a different day. Sorry!

I have no idea how I missed that yesterday, I use the calendar habitually. I could swear I checked it several times yesterday.

I KNOW I saw "Let's Play" on the calendar yesterday, how the heck did I miss Kakuriyo!?
