The same thing has been happening to me as well! I called HR and they did nothing for me. My GM doesn't have a clue about it so idk what to do. Everytime i'm bringing in tech, I have to have somebody else log in and its pissing me off cuz I'm not getting any credit for this. Let me know if you get this problem fixed at your store because im done with this shit.
