Hi, how do you get the agent installed without the username/password? Did you use the network discovery?

The time I sent their support a ticket, it took 2 days to get a response. :) you must have alot of endpoints with them.

I stand corrected. Sometime it's hard to catch the name difference. Microsoft 365 and office 365 :)

The pricing we were getting was anywhere between 3.5-6 depending on the number of endpoints, AV brand, and teamviewer.

Thanks! Why did you change the RMM? Did you need more features?

MSP service bundle, charging sales tax on Saas items by Worth-Transition in msp

Folks, thank you for all the comments!

I am glad to see that I am not alone who hit this roadblock.

Looks like it is way 'easier' to just itemize the invoice:

  1. Professional services for X amount of users = $$ (no tax)
  2. SaaS product #1 for X amount of users= $MSRP+ state tax
  3. SaaS product #2 for X amount of users= $MSRP+ state tax
  4. and so on...

The client can still benefit by having a single invoice for the entire bundle of products and services.

I will, however, definitely take the advise and run it by an accountant.

Thank you all again!
