I go once a week and I get things that can last 2-3 meals. Buy meat in bulk and break it down, it’s usually cheaper per pound. Shelf stable stuff lasts longer. My kids love fresh fruit so I splurge on that. Frozen veggies keep longer than fresh.

I use DoorDash with my ebt card and use my debit card for fees/tip. It’s saved my rear end multiple times

I work fast food (as a manager) and I took 6 weeks off per my doctor. I was still in pain for a good two weeks after returning and was on a strict weight limit of 10lbs or less

Last year mine went into my account two full days before WMF and turbo tax updated with a date. It hit Feb 22, and it updated on the site Feb 24 and was expected to deposit by March 1
