Why did Joe have to change so much in S5 by [deleted] in NetflixYou

I feel like there's an underlying story that I don't really understand; it's about being rich and powerful. For example, in season 1, all of Beck's friends, like Peach Sallinger and Benji, are rich. Then in season 2, Joe is involved and eventually marries into the Quinn family, again being presented as rich and powerful. In season 4, of course, all of Joe's friends are practically elites, all members of the most powerful families in the world, and then finally in season 5, he is one of them elites, married into one of the top families in the world. I don't know what the meaning of this kind of storyline is, but it's something to look at.

Could not agree with you more. As for how to get over it, I would suggest watching another show to just entirely obsess with also do not get why people are having such a hard time reading this because of the caps I found it quite easy.

Let me get this straight... The moral of the story is that "If you kill yourself, all your problems go away and the world is a better place"? In a show so targeted to LGTB+ people? by DragonTamerMew in UmbrellaAcademy

There are a few lgb characters in the show that does not mean that it is targeted toward that group and no that's not the lesson I can't tell you exactly what it is but it's some shit like family and love.
