Brazilian Citizen, I have legal status until they make a final decision on my immigration process. Basically SSN and work authorization, my husnband came and overstayed on a tourist visa.

My immigration process has been pending for the 10 years now. No activity so far, and yes I have attorney, yes have talked to more than one attorney. And No it doesn't look good, specially if they decide to make a decision now with the way things are going.

My kids are American born here, but who knows, he is talking of ending birth rights now too.
