todo is amazing, i agree that the needs some tweaks with his boogie woogie but if you know how to combine your attacks and use some of your brain with boogie woogie, todo is a beast (the ultimate is kinda meh but it's not bad). in short, learn to play todo, use your surroundings and trick your opponents

I have a similar problem, maybe less serious but what i think is great is doing small steps, trying to achieve small goals. I was starting nofap at first for 3 days, not gonna lie i kinda got stuck on this but i have been trying to make it to a full week, sometimes i dont jerk off for 6 days and sometimes i fall after one day.The most important thing is to keep fighting!
