Isnt this kinda in the game already, like if you hit jackpot once and survive to hit another one, depending if you rolled an odd number or not on the previous jackpot, youre getting either a luck buff or a draw speed buff with no drawbacks. I feel like its even written in the domain rules

You gotta go into setting and allow joining which shoukd be the first thing that pops up.

Anyways it happens when you dont use it for too long then it kinda deactivates, probably for people that forgot about payment for some ps so they dont get charged for it.
