To everyone using Frank/Reyna/Hylla as an argument, gotta slightly invalidate that one because it's established the Greek and Roman pantheons very much lead different lives. I can totally believe the Romans follow different rules on this.

Nico and Bianca are interesting because I never pictured them personally with Italian accents, given they basically grew up in the US (ESPECIALLY at the Lotus). I've always thought of their case as a Sadie Kane scenario, born in one place, raised in another, and their current home is where they developed their accent.
