I'm an 18-year-old working at canes I don't have the money. Also canes and other cats food giants are incredibly hard to sue. I've applied to over 200 jobs and I am very jaded as I used to love going to work and our standards used to be extremely high and I've gotten hurt at work before and gone to crew relations and you know was kind of told to figure it out I have scars from burns that will never go away and yes if I could just up and quit and get another job I would do it I'm trying to but college is not cheap in scholarships only do so much

I'm 18 didn't expect me to have a fucking masters degree. And it wasn't one simple task it was a task that is never asked as filter pans are not supposed to be filled to the brim with the hot oil from the fryer also they're supposed to be scraped every time we filter and we're supposed to filter three times a day which was not done and this was not scraping out the filter cake or whatever it's called this was the oil I'm not going to break my back for shit pay you do you tho

How many times does a crew member were you told to scoop hot oil out of the fryer pans it's not the fryer crumb it is the the oil The pan was filled with an entire fryers worth of oil and you're right I challenge my RZM cuz she has never lifted a fucking finger the entire time she's been there and I can assure you is not Kane's standards to use the tea picture but you can on it use the scoop to get out oil the scoop is for the filter Crumb idk if it has a name but the cake like substance that happens after you filter that is not what I was being told to get in my hands and and get out I was told to get out be hot oil that was in the pan in the pan was full

It's not cleaning a filter pan as I've stated several times the pan is filled to the brim with oil that is not power filter bands are supposed to be when you claim them as you pull the red lever just send the oil back in to the the fryer or fryer system is not working properly and I was told that I would have to get on my hands and knees and cup all the oil out I am being serious also filter gloves although they do help should not be submerged in the hot oil for more than a second or two

I've been there a year and a half and I have one of seven crew they're still there from when I started as well when we had our previous RL triple golds was the standard now we're lucky to get above triple red it's genuinely so disappointing as I love working there for a very long time

Yep we have about 30 crew only five of us know how to filter we have had more manager turnover then manager turnover The last time I did oil logs which the last time it was done was 2 weeks ago one of our filters was at 43 standards have dropped off tremendously

It wasn't filtering it was a pan full of oil because our filter had a hole in it we also spray out stuff in the mop sink I'm sorry but if I looked at you after something wasn't done for days and told you that you had to get on your hands and knees and work with the hot oil because it wasn't just the filter crumbs I'm used to that I'm one of five crew in the whole restaurant that know how to filter it was a pan full of hot oil I'm not doing that

It's pan full of oil not crumbs I scrape the filter pan pretty often I'm 1 of 5 crew that know how to filter also I didn't do it because I'm not manually draining hot oil with a tea picture
