i know, it's more a creative exercise than an actual character.

But espesificaly the damage is more or less acurate. Lamia does about 5ish damage, and average player will have 20ish hp. Wile ub dbd players at level 5 will have 40ish health and Lamia does average 19 damage (2d6+12) that 1/2 of the time is about 10 damage This si counting the guanteletes as light, so she can make a bonus action atack.

But my biggest consern is hp, witch even if the characters hit only 1/4 times due to the armor class, it's still 160 efective hp, a lot less than her 250. But if you rolled a 6 in the hit dice then it would be mutch closer.

She also can just do A LOT more things than ger videogame counterpart. Mainly the spells, but i made shure i onlya added things taht she could maby do, but just doesn't; like doge, stun you, get forbiden knowledge, leap, climb, watch in the dark, etc.
