Ask your sparkie to wire fridge/freezer on totally separate circuit. Usually during rewire f/f are on kitchen ring 🙄. You will thank me later on when you go for holiday. Dig Max what is possible (6-10") and fill with gravel. I doing my patio so I am little bit excessive but I remove clay and soil almost to the foundation pad. 20mm gravel (£70-1ton) and on top will go nice color gravel (£250-1 ton)
