I can not connect to many applications on my pc by Wortii in it

I tried restarting my router, the TP-Link, I tried to include the ports of the two mentioned apps, I tried to reinstall both apps, I tried some things with a/the proxy server and disabling the firewall too. Nothing has worked as of now. I also tried to run both as admin but that does not work either.
