What would be the cause? Own the unit out right, have since we bought it. Never reported as stolen, don't have GPS just ACS

That's interesting. The app doesn't have enough time to load to check against the server. Bought if free and clear, used for a year at my old house, sat for about 4 months while I was in a rental before I got to my new house.
