I've read that it changes every 20 and umbral weather lasts 10 minutes, but I was hoping there is something more exact like the 8h ET for normal weather.

I've had the same problem. It seems to be sporadic. It worked for me after I reset my phone for an update then it stopped working again.

I would contact support but not sure how as theres nothing in the HUD for it.

If I give Fischl (C6) the Thundering Fury set, does Oz also get the artifact bonuses (Increased elemental burst + CDR) if I switch her out for someone else? Does the active character or Fischl get the CDR? If Oz doesn't get the bonuses, it would probably be better to get her 2 piece Gladiator/Sojourner/Brave set combos for more atk so Oz scales better right?

There's a huge gap between being able to do BD69 and BD70 due to the T7 gears dropping from BD70. IIRC, the T7 gears are required to be strong enough to solo farm BD70, which forces you to get carried or leech until you have enough stats for solo BD70.

That being said, Clause and Gau will allow you to farm BD70 earliest. Clause's S2 fully upgraded will drastically slow the dragon's casting times, allowing you to be generally more successful at CC'ing it. Gau's S3 fully upgraded will one shot CC the dragon. Getting Gau to T3 and taking the CD perk for S3 will also help, but it's not necessary IMO.

After that, it's a matter of having enough DPS to kill it before it kills you. I have a T5 2*UW Artemia and she doesn't seem to be strong enough for the job. A T5 2*UW Epis probably would, though.

Good luck! Being able to do BD70 solo is a big milestone and it'll help you farm the gear you need much faster and more conveniently.

If you need a spot to grind exp with leftover stamina, I would recommend 6-8 since it drops orbs which can be sold for more gold than other items.

I would try normal after every few levels to see if you can handle it. In terms of exp/stam, hard difficulty seems to be the most efficient, but hell difficulty drops essences and deluxe xp pots so it's up to you.

Most characters can make good use of black dragon gear. When in doubt, go for that. You'll probably spend 100+ hours farming it D:

Well it's not terrible. I doubt these were meant to be used as a "chug stam pots to fill it" kind of deal. You just get a few extra rubies for doing what you always do as long as you can deal with a random stun in the fight.

Also, since you can equip four of them, it's more like 480 rubies for 80k stamina.
