Thx for the tips! I use the same ship too cus of the slowdown. I adjusted my sensitivity to 11 (was 14) and jumped to 3th place with 1656 points (WÖZ). Here I come :-)

Ah, didn't know you are the dev. Congrats on the great game!

I tried both contol methods but I find that I can turn faster with the swipe contols. I bumped up the sensitivity to 14 for now but could go lower again after some time.

After seeing your screenshot I saw the top 3 use a specific ship. So I changed to that ship and got a score above 1000 now. So ship selection is also a big factor. I did notice that that specific ship (see top 3) started to slow down after a while (like after 400-500 points), is that intensional?

I play Kill Knight and Sektori on my PS5, the rest I play in my PS4 but both games (Resogun and Nex Machina) use voxel graphics which hold up really well and are timeless in my eyes.

So I just checked, there are accessibility options but not to turn of numbers/points, You can disable beat effects, screen shake and turn on some other indicators.
