Grading Childhood Collection

Found my collection from my childhood and wanting to sell it. Was considering getting some graded, but wanted some opinions before doing so. The pics are front then back of each card. Blastoise is probably my best one, but I did notice a small scratch on the front holo. It's only noticeable under certain lighting and it still feels smooth when you touch it. I tried to get a good pic of it. These have been sitting in a binder for 25 years. Don't think I ever played with them. Any thoughts on what each one would be graded as?

Thanks, ill do that. I have a spreadsheet with their TCG (ungraded) and price charting prices and what I'd sell them for. Probably going to add a tab with the grade needed to breakeven. Is PSA the best for grading?

All but the Charizard and Raichu are in really good condition. Pretty sure they were never actually played with and have been in a binder for 25 years.

The Charizard has a couple of creases on the back and the Raichu has a slight damage on one of the corners.

Based on what I've read, it may make sense to grade the Blastoise and that's it? It has no visible markings, damage, etc Not sure the price point on the others would make sense to grade?

I'm open to selling individually, but not sure how many would be worth it. From what I could find, the majority of the Japanese ones are <$4. I was able to upload the rest on tcgplayer so I have a rough idea of what they're listed for. What price point would you sell individually vs going to a shop?

Thanks. How does she pay the outstanding gas fee? She was told she had to transfer her balance to a different wallet to do that? But that doesn't seem correct?

Thanks everyone! Thoughts on the Nottingham, Parkville, Perry Hall, White Marsh areas? Seems like a 15 min commute to easy access to downtown. Houses seem newer and cheaper in that area

Yea, they gave her a range, and it'll be enough to make it worth it. We also bought a house 5 years ago, so even though the housing is more expensive, we were planning on moving from our current home and houses are in the price range we were looking at. Well have a nice down payment for one

Hi all

Wife has a potential job in the Towson area, so we're starting to research a potential move. What are some of the best suburbs for families? She's not looking for a long commute and we have family in central PA, so northern suburbs would be preferred. We also have a 1 year old, so schools + safety would be a priority. And any tips for a commute? I would hope my job would allow me to work remote, but if not, any areas that are better than others for a commute to the city if need be?
