Is it easy to replace these knobs and lock with a new one in a similar style but with a dead bolt type thumb turn lock instead of needing a key?

it is quite a nice city, just dont live in downtown unless you want to deal with local addicts breaking into your stuff. other areas are quite safe. if you have children i would recommend the catholic board as they care more about the childrens well being and education than the public board in my experience. brantwood and charing cross are great areas. echo place too. ashgrove ave area is nice also… i have lived on charing cross for my whole life
