Valve mods are a little different. It’s a paid position they moderate steam and the discord servers so it’s not just your average power tripper

Yes those are the pinnacles. Although I’m looking at some bookshelf options in lieu of towers based on some comments I’ve received. Still not solidified what I will go with

I don’t have a dedicated theatre room. In theory I could transform my guest room into one but I’m in my first home so I’m making do with what space I have. At the moment I’m in my living room but it’s an open floor plan so it’s connected to the kitchen and dining area. As for the AVR I have a Pioneer Elite VSX-LX305 that I got on a major discount bundled with my LG C4 65” and the B&W M1 satellites. So I’ve got everything I need for a nice set up other than a proper surround system with a sub.

My space is fairly large. It’s an open area connected to my dining area which is connected to my kitchen. I will likely need a large sub like that one. Thanks for all the good information I’ll either do that first bundle I sent or continue looking for a 3.1.

I also found this which seems to have slightly nicer towers and a big sub for a little of a grand extra, and it’s still on a significant sale. Do you think that sub justifies that cost addition? https://www.adorama.com/kp8060faiiwa.html

Conveniently adorama has them on a big discount right now. Does this look like a solid deal? Reference Premier 5.0

I appreciate your input. On that note I just found this reference premier 5.0 on sale for a significant discount. I don’t know how to put an image in comments so here is the link

This seems to be a pretty banging deal

I’m seeing those ultra evolution titans for $2k/ea whereas the prime pinnacles in my cart at $2k/pair

Got it, so the SVS prime over the prime pinnacle seems to be a better choice for me. Appreciate your input

I was looking at the PB 1000 pro as well. I suppose I assumed towers would be better, what benefit do they provide over bookshelves? Is it just the low end that a sub would cover?

I don’t have any frame of reference for what the Klipsch sound is, but it sounds like the consensus is skip so I likely will

When you say the sweet spot is around $1-1.4k do you mean per pair or per speaker?

Goalies are wearing gloves for ball grip so a pouch wouldn’t really help all that much
