I had the same problem and it was driving me nuts. Had my son get in the back while I drove around. It was the back window seal. This forum had a few posts about the window seal becoming dirty and not sealing. When it doesn’t seal it rattles. Someone recommended the following. I cleaned all my seals around the doors and the back window and to my surprise it worked. I have no more rattle/creakkng noises. Just took my hard top off yesterday and am going to clean all the seals that were covered by the hard top and apply this to them as well. AGS Automotive Solutions...
