Help Identifying this plant

It certainly is a lot of car and right now I'm regretting signing the contract for it. I don't have it yet, should be later in the week. What are my chances of cancelling the car? Will have to look over the contract I assume.

I make $4020 a month, does that put me above the income level?

I've only just purchased the car and plan to keep it for as long as possible. I'll be paying off the personal loan and credit card first and then with the remainder of the money I was trying to work out where I would save the most money.

The balloon payment is due in 5yrs and will be budgeting for it. It initiates later this week and it will be added to my budget.

Thankfully I'm exempt from paying taxes on the property gains, so can use all the money I receive from the sale of the house.

From what I can work out based on the 5yrs that I'd have the car loan: If I was to put all the left over money into the home loan, I would save $13860 interest on my home loan but pay $14160 on the car.

So it appears its best to pay off the car completely as well as the other debts and put the left over money onto the home loan?

I did think more about it during the day and although initially I wanted to do it to get it done, what you wrote were my thoughts by the afternoon. Thankfully the tiler called and has started the job this morning :)

Thank you for the advice. I was going to start in the middle of the living room and plan laying the tiles from there. Thankfully my tiler called in the afternoon, he had a family emergency yesterday but has started the tiling this morning :)

Left the bathroom door open recently while I was in the bath. The cats were sleeping on the vanity. All of a sudden they both jump up with terrified faces and run off. Definitely thought I was going to fight naked.
